You can also read about nutrition, learn about equipment, and find out about ingredients. Remember this is an open-source textbook, so you can edit it yourself and make additions. KidsHealth is a site from the Nemours Foundation dedicated to health information for parents, kids and teens. Each group has its own separate area on the site. The parent section is filled with articles, questions and answers, parenting tips, first aid, safety, health information and news. The kids section is colorful and filled with movement. It has information on staying healthy, emotions, growing up, online games, and how your body works. The teen section has information on body, mind and sexual health, as well as nutrition, drugs and alcohol, and infections. This is a great comprehensive resource for all members of the family.
